Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the HAP Service Provider, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
The HAP Service Provider lets you define and authorize what your AI agents are allowed to do. The service:
- Issues and manages API keys for authentication
- Signs cryptographic authorizations on behalf of authorized users
- Manages team membership and role assignments
- Maintains audit trails of authorization and execution activity
Registration and Waitlist
Registration requires email verification. Access is granted selectively during early access. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an account. We may approve, reject, or remove waitlist entries at our discretion.
Free Service
This service is currently provided free of charge. There are no usage fees or premium tiers at this time. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with at least 30 days’ notice.
Account Deletion
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at service@humanagencyprotocol.com. Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted availability
- That the service will meet your specific requirements
- That defects will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This does not affect liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or any mandatory statutory liability under Austrian or EU law.
The HAP Service Provider signs cryptographic authorizations strictly as instructed by you. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, any actions taken by AI agents or automated systems operating under authorizations you have created. You are the decision owner of every authorization you issue. Any consequences — intended or unintended — of agent actions executed under your authorizations are your sole responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your API key secure and not sharing it with unauthorized parties
- The accuracy and legitimacy of authorizations you create
- Ensuring you have authority over the roles you claim
- All actions taken by AI agents or automated systems under authorizations you have issued
- Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
